Last year, Soarin’ Over California briefly returned to its original home at the Disneyland Resort , much to fans’ delight. While the run only lasted during the summer months ( and even saw an extension to its run !), many demanded that it return once again. Soarin’ Over California The Orange County Register officially confirmed today that the attraction will make another limited return this year and we can already smell the orange groves! Soarin’ Over California will return to Disney California Adventure starting on February 28th, 2020 . The run is in conjunction with the park’s Food and Wine Festival , which is set to take place from February 28 – April 21, 2020 . We’re hoping Soarin’ Over California will at least run through the 21st, although Disney has yet to confirm an official end date . We will let ya know once they do!

While we’ve been scurrying around Disney World the last few days to discover all of the new 70th-anniversary Cinderella treats (like the Greedy Gus Gus Cupcake we spotted earlier), we’re not sure if this next one is the miracle we’ve been dreaming of! Cinderella Cheesecake Don’t get us wrong — we’re totally aglow with how this Cinderella Cheesecake looks, buuut things started to get weird once we sliced into it! There’s a lot happening at the Magic Kingdom right now to get it in tip-top shape for Disney World’s 50th anniversary in 2021   including the new TRON: Lightcycle Run attraction, which is set to open the year of the big celebration. Gosh, we can hardly wait! Cinderella Castle Before then though, there is still some pixie dust to sprinkle on some beloved attractions. If you were planning on taking a trip on the runaway rails of Big Thunder this spring , we have some news for ya. When attraction times went missing back in December, we suspected that the attraction would be going down for a refurbishment , and today we were able to confirm those suspicions. On the official Disney World web page for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad , the attraction is now listed as being closed from May 4th to May 21st . ©Disney We do not know how extensive this refurbishment is going to be, but we will let you know if we hear any specifics.
